I ordered from sony.com and, i was expecting something to go wrong because that always seems to happen to me with online orders. But the checkout was simple, and I got the confirmation email right away, so I wasn’t left sitting there wondering if my order disappeared into the void.
So far, there haven’t been any issues, which is a relief. The email had the details laid out clearly enough, and my order number was easy to find. Happy with it for once.

"Great sound, app’s kind of a pain"
These Sony headphones sound really good, and the battery lasts a long time. I’ve been happy with them overall. The only annoying thing is the app, it can be confusing sometimes and feels a bit stupid to deal with. But aside from that little headache, the performance is solid.

Nothing was sliding around, no scratches, no weird damage. I was actually impressed. And then I thought about how bad some deliveries have been lately and was like, yeah, this should just be the standard. Still, credit where it’s due — they did a great job here

I grabbed my Sony TV from sony.com and yeah, the picture is amazing. The colors look super natural, the blacks are nice and deep, and sports are smooth without looking weird. I’ve been really happy with it so far.

Sony was easy to use. I found the product pages without much trouble, and the checkout seemed clear enough. A few of the menus felt a little packed on my phone, but it wasn’t a huge deal or anything. Overall, it’s a good site... maybe just needs to feel a bit smoother here and there.

"I still trust Sony after all these years"
I’ve been using sony products for about 15 years now, mostly TVs, headphones, and speakers, and they’ve been solid for me. People can say what they want, but my stuff has held up better than a lot of other brands I’ve tried.
No, everything isn’t perfect, and I’m not pretending it is. But when I’m paying a little more, I do feel like sony usually backs up the quality, and that matters to me. I’d rather spend extra on something I actually trust than gamble on cheaper options.
At the end of the day, sony has earned my trust. I’ve had a good experience overall, and unless something changes, I’d buy from them again without overthinking it.
